If a game is played and nobody watches, was it really played?

Yesterday the Italian cabinet decreed that Italian Serie A may continue this weekend, but only after the stadiums are examined for security.  If they pass muster, they may host fans this weekend.   Today they announced that only six of the thirty-one stadiums under review were deemed safe.  That means twenty-five stadiums will host games with no fans this weekend.  Pretty crazy!
